UBL Season 3 - Bath Royals

The Ultimate Badminton League Season 3.

Head Coach Liam joined the Bath Royals during the draft, bringing invaluable expertise and mental fortitude to an already established squad. This season, the Ultimate Badminton League was more competitive than ever, welcoming eight teams to battle for the conference title.

The league took place over three intense weekends, with teams competing to accumulate the points necessary to secure a top-two finish in their respective groups. Following a strong performance, the Bath Royals successfully placed second in Group B.

The unique team format features five seeded men (1–5), with pairings rotating based on the opposition’s seeding (e.g., 1 & 2, 1 & 3, or 1 & 4). Using Liam’s strategic guidance, the Royals advanced through the elimination rounds. Although their championship run ended in the semi-finals, the team finished strong to secure a well-deserved bronze medal.
